A little bit about me...
I have been a licensed WV Realtor since 2002. I love working with people, helping to sell their current homes or showing available properties that match their expressed needs and desires. I know how to work closely with loan officers, closing attorneys and also WV licensed tradesmen for any repairs needed to assure a smooth closing.
Before my 21 years as a Realtor, I was self-employed and owner of The Inkwell Gallery gift shop in Harpers Ferry, WV and supervised and trained 3 sales clerks. In addition, as a full time professional artist, DBA G. Marlo Allen, I traveled over 16 states to personally exhibit and sell my award winning artwork in top Iuried arts and craft shows for 31 years. Prior to my self-employment I worked with a Top Secret clearance for the White House in Washington, D.C. as an Administrative Assistant.
I learned from all these different occupations how much I enjoy interacting with the public and relating with people allowed me to hone my listening skills and attention to detail.
